These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the live classes, courses, communities, and consulting services offered by Marimuthu ("we", "us", "our", the "Platform"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to create an account.

2. Access to Purchased Content

Courses — purchasing a course grants you lifetime access to its lessons, for your personal use only.
Live Classes — a ticket grants access to the specific session(s) it was purchased for, subject to booking cutoffs shown at checkout.
Communities — a subscription grants access to the community feed, chat, and events for the duration of your active subscription.
Consulting — a booking reserves a specific date/time slot for a 1-on-1 session.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Community Conduct

Community feeds, chat rooms, and comment sections are for respectful, on-topic discussion. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that post abusive, spam, or unlawful content.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, and materials remain the intellectual property of Marimuthu. Purchasing access does not grant you the right to redistribute, resell, or publicly share that content.

6. Payments

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
