This Privacy Policy explains how Marimuthu ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use this website and its live classes, courses, communities, and consulting services (together, the "Platform").

1. Information We Collect

Account details you provide: name, email address, and (if used) your Google account profile.
Purchase details: what you bought, amount paid, and billing state (for tax purposes) — we never see or store your card/UPI details, which are handled entirely by Razorpay.
Content you post inside communities: posts, comments, poll votes, chat messages.
Usage data: pages visited, course lesson progress, session/cookie identifiers required to keep you logged in.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account and deliver the courses, classes, communities, and consulting sessions you purchase.
To process payments and generate invoices/receipts.
To send booking confirmations, purchase receipts, and important service updates by email.
To moderate community spaces and keep the Platform safe.

3. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Third Parties We Work With

Razorpay — payment processing (India). Razorpay's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment details.
Google — optional sign-in via Google OAuth.
Bunny.net — hosts course video content.
Google Calendar / Meet — used to schedule and host 1-on-1 consulting sessions, where applicable.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax/accounting purposes thereafter. You may request deletion of your account at any time from your Profile page.

6. Your Rights
