Refund & Cancellation Policy

The exact refund window and processing time below are configured by the business owner (currently 7 days / 7 business days) — confirm these match your actual policy before publishing.

1. Courses

Course purchases include lifetime access to the video lessons once granted. Because access is granted immediately after payment, course purchases are non-refundable once you have accessed any lesson. If you have not accessed any lesson, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support.

2. Live Classes

Tickets may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the class start time. Cancellations within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund. If a class is cancelled or rescheduled by us, all ticket holders will receive a full refund or the option to move to the rescheduled date.

3. Community Subscriptions

Community subscriptions are billed monthly and are non-refundable for the current billing period once access has been granted. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals — your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

4. Consulting Sessions

A booked 1-on-1 session may be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled slot. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund, except in genuine emergencies at our discretion.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original Razorpay payment method within 7 business days of approval.
