1. Digital Products and Memberships Because our products are strictly digital (Pre-recorded videos, Membership access, and Live class enrollments), they are deemed “used” immediately upon purchase and access generation. Therefore, we maintain a STRICT NO REFUND AND NO CANCELLATION POLICY. Once a purchase is made and access is granted to our LearnPress portal, we cannot issue a refund, partial or full, under any circumstances.
2. Double Payments / Technical Errors The only exception to our No Refund Policy is in the event of a technical error resulting in a double payment for the exact same transaction. If you have been charged twice due to a network issue, please contact us within 3 days of the transaction with your payment proof. We will verify the transaction with our payment gateway and initiate a refund for the duplicate amount within 5-7 working days.
3. Subscription Cancellations (If Applicable) If you are enrolled in an auto-recurring subscription (monthly/yearly), you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. However, payments already made for the current billing cycle will not be refunded, and you will retain access until the end of your paid period.
