1. Online Courses (Digital Products)
Due to the digital nature of our online courses and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales of online courses are final and non-refundable.
We encourage you to review the course descriptions and previews carefully before making a purchase.
2. 1-on-1 Consulting (“Appointments”)
- Cancellation by Client: To cancel or reschedule your 1-on-1 consulting appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled session time.
- If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your session or request a full refund.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you fail to attend your scheduled session (no-show), the fee is non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time. If we cancel your appointment, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
